FULL COCKTAIL SERVICE

+This service DOES NOT include alcohol and staffing.

+Additional cocktail choices may be available for a fee.

This package brings our full cocktail bar service to you. Choose up to 3 cocktails from our seasonal drink menu to provide a curated experience for your guests! We will come equipped with everything needed to serve the cocktails you choose as well as common call cocktails based on the spirits chosen.

  • signature copper bar tools and ice bins for beer and wine

  • bar tables and linens 

  • coolers and ice

  • disposable compostable glassware 

  • non alcoholic beverages (local and house

BASIC POUR SERVICE

Looking for something a little more streamlined? Our Basic Pour Service is as simple as it sounds. This is a perfect option for a beer and wine event where a full bar is not needed. This package is a great fit for an art opening, tableside wine service, or even an office happy hour.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

PROFESSIONAL
BARTENDER

All of our bartenders are skillful, talented and experienced professionals as well as RAMP certified. Our services require a minimum of one bartender per 50 people to ensure you and your guests have nothing less than a premium experience throughout your event. Our bartending services are contracted to arrive 2 hours prior to the event for set up, and up to 5 hours of bartending service with additional clean up time after the event. Our bartenders are not available for hire outside of our service packages.

BARBACK

We like to make sure all angles are covered for your special event. Our barbacks are there to help us deliver all the goods, set up and give continued service throughout the party, not just behind the bar. This service is required at any event which has glassware rental.

POINT
PERSON

We require all events to hire a point person as part of staffing. This person’s role is to oversee all of our services for the duration of the event. They will be the point of communication between Lo Bar and the venue as well as to you, the client and/or your event planner. They make sure that we, as a team, have met all the requirements of the venue in regards to responsible service, house policies, and end of the event clean up. This person is trained in every role, and in some cases doubles as an acting bartender or barback.

TRAVEL CHARGE

We charge a flat fee to travel outside of a 15 mile radius of the city.
